That which is easily obtained is rarely worth anything. Remember that when you chase after something.
Oh, and you did a great job with the shadings too but your outlines are...what I would say, unbalanced. It means that there are places where the outlines are bold and clear, which is good, but other places that are unclear and fading. This will make your character look slightly unbalanced. When you outline your characters, make sure that your lines are clear and consistent because the first thing viewers will notice when they see a picture, is the outline. If the outline is wobbly, the whole picture will look wobbly, if the outline is sketchy, then the whole picture looks sketchy. You should get what I mean.
Also, I noticed how her shoulders seem a bit off. Its too straight. When drawing shoulders, the trapezius must curve slightly downwards and then continue with the delt (short for deltoid) in a straight line. Here's a reference picture for you to understand better: [link] and [link]
Other than that, everything else looks fine to me.
